ACTION CORPORATION LAUNCHES CALL CENTRE
ST. CATHARINES, Ontario, February 15, 2005 - ACTION Corporation has launched a call center service for the facilitation of online reservations for the B&B community of Niagara.
While most guests make their accommodation reservations online, some guests in the demographic served by bed and breakfast lodgings are preferring the traditional touch of voice contact. In response to this, we have created a service under one of our affiliated companies, called Niagara Guest Services. The service is staffed by 3 operators who handle all inbound inquiries. B&B owners hoping to augment their existing sales channels can count on Niagara Guest Services to direct suitably- matched guests to their lodgings.
Niagara Guest Services is built on our world-class GuestServe reservations platform. Participating B&B's must have a GuestServe account to be included in the availability lookups performed by our staff. Any reservation made through the system is subject to a commission structure that rewards our efforts and provides an additional revenue stream for the company.
The Call Center version of our GuestServe software can be customized to serve any geographic location. We welcome inquiries on this exciting new service.
