WELLAND, Ontario, October 15, 2003 - ACTION Corporation has been awarded the reservation systems contract for Niagara 21st Group Inc., the largest and most influential property development and management group in Niagara.

ACTION Corporation's innovative e-business service lines will be adopted by Niagara 21st Group Inc., said ACTION President Paul Tomori.

An organization instrumental in re-developing the Niagara Falls area, Niagara 21st Group Inc. opened its doors to its newest hotel in July - the 35-story Embassy Suites hotel - the tallest hotel in Niagara Falls. The property group also owns the city's Marriott hotels.

Niagara 21st Group has watched ACTION's steady progression and growth as Niagara's premiere service provider in the area of e-business and has contracted to have all of its four major hotels in Niagara processing on the GuestServe system.

Designed and trademarked by ACTION Corporation, GuestServe.com™ is a real-time web-based reservation system, allowing clients to obtain guest reservations through their website and other online channels.

It is anticipated that GuestServe will be processing multiple millions of dollars in transactions for this contract, said Tomori. The scale of project is a proving point for GuestServe as ACTION seeks to expand its user base in the hospitality industry.
